It includes preparing process sequence & subsequently designing Jigs, Fixtures, Gauges, Cutting Tools and any other special facility required to finish machine the component. We also get these toolings fabricated for our customers.

PROCESS CAPABILITY
Our machine shop is equipped with the most sophisticated CNC Turning Centers and Machining Center along with other conventional machines. We utilize the world's best toolings on these machines, which enable us to hold the most critical tolerances often required by our customers. Improvement in the processes is an ongoing process.
